One ounce of a dyed wool nepps texture dyed with UV reactive fiber dyes that glow in black light!
Wool nepps are a recycled by-product of the wool industry and can be carded into art batts to create bumpy candy texture. A little goes a long way.
I recommend using mohair to hold the nepps into your art batt, and a coreless corespinning method to keep them from falling out. I have videos on how to work with wool nepps on my YouTube channel: howtospinyarn.com
