Cotton nepps create a soft polka-dot texture that is absolutely delightful to blend, spin, and create with. It is my favorite embellishment fiber. One of a kind color ways for use in carding art batts and rolags, spinning into yarn, weaving, and felting. Each bag is subtly different due to the size of the texture and nuance in the dyed bits.
